KEY AREAS

1. Proactive Technical support to PlastOne Fabricators.
  1. Advice on the Machine Selection.
  2. Prepare a presentation of an optimised Fabrication setup/workflow for different sized customers incl. Budget for internal reference and reference of the customer.
  3. Design a Roadmap with timeframe and milestones ( to be used by the customer) for the successful plant setup.
  4. Close guidance and interaction with the customer during the complete start-up process.
  5. Practical ( hands on ) participation in initial Start-up of Fabrication activity and Trials.
  6. Implement proper documentation of PLASTONE India product ranges, limitations and fabricationguidelines ( fabricators manual) for ready reference of the fabricator.
  7. Manage & update the desktop version of costing software
2. Proactive Technical support to PlastOne Dealers.
  1. a Implement training programme on PLASTONE product ranges and limitations.
  2. Implement training programme on PLASTONE Installation guidelines.
  3. Visit sites to check Installation correctness, suggest and check the corrective actions.
  4. Implement proper documentation of PLASTONE product ranges and limitations for ready referenceinternally and of the dealer.
  5. Manage & update the Online costing software
3. PlastOne Academy
  1. Design and implement a technical training programme of fabricators
  2. Prepare a presentation of the PlastOne product range including all related articles and explanation of their usage
  3. Train PlastOne marketing/ support team on all the available products in the Price List.
4.General responsibilities
  1. Establish, Implement, Maintain and communicate Standards for the Indian market to all of PlastOne staff and PlastOne customers
  2. Visit sites to check Installation correctness, suggest and check the corrective actions.
  3. Responsible for constant proactive follow up on newly introduced or already existing innovative and market relevant fenestration products. Report to the management on these developments and if decided, implementation of the same.
  4. Attend/ resolve the Quality related complaints/ queries by the customer & maintain its record. Coordinate with production team whenever required
  5. Develop sourcing of Fittings and Hardware Items as required. In short: Constant engineering qualities are required along with a self motivated mindset.
  6. Budgeting expenses for technical support activities along with accounts on a periodic note as and when required from Accounts. Periodic check on the planning/ review of the same.
  7. Carry out any other work as assigned by the Management from time to time.
