DETAILS FOR RECRUITMENT, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT RELATED ACTIVITIES

Scope :

Dealer, Fabricator and Marketing Support for Windows

Minimum Qualification :

Graduate (B tech) – Mechanical or Civil Engineering / Any graduate

Experience :
4 to 5 Years ( in Building Materials)

Minimum Competencies (Knowledge and Skills) :
  1. Understanding of the Market and Industry
  2. Technical Skills (specific to Windows)
  3. Numerical Ability, Analytical Reasoning
  4. Auto cad Skills
  5. Skills of operating software related to Window costing
  6. Basics in Accounting
  7. Knowledge of SAP
Primary Roles :
  1. Support for Account Management
  2. People Management
  3. Auditing team and their work on a daily / weekly basis
Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

  1. Assign work on a daily / weekly basis, based on the inputs received from the Sales team and Fabricators
  2. Monitor, check, and Verify the quotations as submitted by team
  3. Monitor, check, and verity the cross section drawings and check for alignment vis-à-vis the quotation submitted
  4. Monitor, check and verify the wind load calculations
  5. Verify and timely submissions of bills and invoices
  6. Responsible for Implementation of all activities involved in the process at the ‘Enquiry’, ‘Order Received’; and Execution stages for Window orders received by the Organisation
  7. Responsible for the Coaching and Mentoring of his / her team members and ensure Diligence to approved process
