DETAILS FOR RECRUITMENT, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT RELATED ACTIVITIES

Scope :

All areas related to Marketing and Sales in Plastone for the specific
region for Windows Sales & to increase fabricator network

Minimum Qualification :

Graduate- From a Recognized University, MBA (Optional)

Experience: 2-5 Years

Primary Roles
  1. Appointment of Dealers and Retailers.
  2. Market scanning; Cold Calling & Lead Generation.
  3. Understand and develop knowledge of Company Profile; Product Ranges; Technical aspects and uPVC windows.
  4. Sales of Windows and support to Fabricators & business partners. Engaging with new prospective customers and representing the company. Maintaining database of Customer including Fabricators, Builders, Architects Govt. Officials and end users.
  5. Establishment of Brand existence in assigned territory.
  6. Oversee day-to-day sales to better understand the market and grow the business.
  7. Dealing with directenquires & Customers.
  8. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints.
  9. Build business by identifying and selling to prospects; maintaining relationship with clients.
  10. Ensure achievement of Daily Weekly monthly and annual sales target. Maintain relationships with all stake holders.
  11. Maintain organization standards in all respect with all stake holders. Track; Generate and share periodic reports by collecting; analyzing; and summarizing information that will aid review of Strategy and any changes thereof.
