HURL 2024 – Half-Yearly Review Meeting

From August 1st to 3rd, 2024, PlastOne successfully hosted its Half-Yearly Review Meeting, aptly named HURL 2024. This critical event brought together our dynamic sales team to reflect on the achievements of the year, assess our current position, and strategically plan for the growth opportunities in the months ahead.

Objectives:

Year 2024 Review: A comprehensive review of the milestones and challenges from the first half of 2024 and the latter half of 2023.
Understanding SWOT for H1: A thorough analysis of our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to refine our strategic approach.
Growth Strategy for H2 – 2024: Development of actionable strategies to propel growth in the second half of the year.
Way Forward 2024: Establishing clear priorities and directions for continued success in the remaining months of the year.
Agenda Highlights:

Day 1: Intensive Sales Training led by the esteemed Mr. Dayanat Ali, focused on empowering the team with cutting-edge sales techniques and strategies.
Day 2: Rewards & Recognition Ceremony, where our Chairman, Mr. Ashwin Datla, COO, Mr. BalaKrishnan, and CFO, Mr. Bhagwat Sahu, honored top performers for their exceptional contributions to the company’s success.
Day 3: A team-building excursion to Ramoji Film City, coupled with an insightful factory tour for new employees, aimed at deepening their understanding of our operations and fostering a sense of belonging within the PlastOne family.
